She is the CEO of Gifted Gabber, where she helps students build standout college profiles and has supported families in earning over $15 million in scholarships. She also serves as the COO of South Asian Herald, helping grow the publication into a global voice for the South Asian community.
Beyond business, Jothsna leads InspireYouth, a nonprofit focused on teen leadership and suicide prevention, and serves as the USA Chair for G100 Education, Employment & Scholarships.
As a TEDx Speaker, Coach, Mentor, and Curator for TEDx Southlake and TEDx Johns Creek, she helps people turn their stories into powerful ideas that build authority, visibility, and impact.
